Life goes on

So sorry blog readers -but there’s really nothing exciting going on in my life right now.  I am working crazy busy hours (for me) but nothing bloggable! Until Wordy Wednesday then!!!

Bad apple

Do you remember hearing the phrase “attitude is everything”? There is a certainly a great amount of truth to that. I observed a woman today who works in a serving capacity. Her attitude soured what should have been a fun experience. While I would have liked to return to her serving station more frequently, I found that she made me so uncomfortable that I didn’t. Her serving partner, on the other hand, had a pleasant and friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, his attitude wasn’t enough to cut through the stink of hers. Like the cliche says, one bad apple spoils the whole barrel.

New look already????

As much as I LOVED the dark background, it was killing my eyes! This new look is Sarah’s choice. It had to be able to keep her birthday cake as the header. (Which, by the way, she made and decorated herself this year.) Good job kiddo!
